Optional event planner

Information entered into the optional planner is used in your browser to compose a WhatsApp message. The website does not save those entries to a database or send them to the catering team. You decide whether to send the prepared message in WhatsApp. Closing the planner clears its contents.

WhatsApp enquiries

Enquiry links open an external WhatsApp service. The link includes the prefilled message and any event details you choose to add. WhatsApp then handles your use of its service under its own privacy terms. Only share information you are comfortable discussing through WhatsApp.

Measurement and cookies

No advertising pixel or third-party analytics tracker is activated by this website. Interaction hooks are prepared for future configuration but do not, on their own, transmit visitor information to a tracking provider. The current site does not set analytics cookies. Any future tracking integration requires an updated notice and appropriate consent handling before activation.

Hosting

The website is hosted on Netlify. Hosting infrastructure may process ordinary technical request information, such as IP addresses, to deliver and secure the website. Fonts and food images are served as website assets rather than through third-party advertising scripts.

Business approval

Retention practices for conversations, customer rights requests and business handling of enquiry information must be confirmed by the catering team and reflected in an approved privacy policy.
